Shipping is complimentary on every PAARSHV order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

How long delivery takes

Your order will be delivered within 7 days of being placed, anywhere in India.

The one exception is made-to-order pieces, which are stitched to your chosen size before they ship. These take 7–10 days, and the expected time is shown on the product page.

Delivery can occasionally take longer during festive periods and sale events, or because of weather, strikes or other conditions outside our or our courier partner’s control. If your order is going to be delayed, we will tell you.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. If you have not received it within 3 days of ordering, please write to us.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — couriers in India rely heavily on a reachable phone number. We are able to change a delivery address only before dispatch.

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, nobody was available across the courier’s delivery attempts, or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at no extra cost to you.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening where you can, and write to us within 7 days of delivery. Transit damage is fully covered — see our Refund and Exchange Policy.
