These terms govern your use of the PAARSHV online store and any order you place through it. By browsing this store or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund and Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

Who we are

PAARSHV is a women’s apparel label operating from 22, Nolaipura, Pushpa Emporium, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh 457001, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean PAARSHV; “you” means the person browsing or ordering.

Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

Our garments

Our pieces are made in small batches and finished by hand. Slight variation in colour, weave, embroidery placement and finish between one piece and another is a characteristic of handcrafted clothing, not a defect.

We photograph every product as faithfully as we can, but screens vary and colour on your device may differ slightly from the fabric in person. If a piece arrives genuinely different from what was shown, that is covered by our Refund and Exchange Policy.

Measurements on the size chart are guides. Because garments are cut and stitched by hand, a small tolerance is normal.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details.

Where partial Cash on Delivery is offered, you pay an advance at checkout and the balance in cash to the courier on delivery. That advance is non-refundable if you later return the order for a reason that is not our fault, cancel after dispatch, or refuse delivery. It is refunded in full where the fault is ours. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a material error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, and the contract is formed when we dispatch the piece.

We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full if we do — where the item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or listing error, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the store.

Delivery and returns

Delivery timelines, coverage and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are set out in our Refund and Exchange Policy. Both apply to every order.

Our content

The PAARSHV name, logo, product photography, illustrations, copy and page designs on this store belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Sharing a product link or an image to recommend us to someone is welcome.

Using this store

Please do not use this store to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, to upload anything malicious, or to impersonate another person. We may suspend access if you do.

Third-party services

This store relies on third-party services for payments, hosting, delivery and messaging. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the part they handle. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

Liability

We stand behind what we make. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example a missed occasion caused by a courier delay outside our control.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
